I have 3 bed tenement flat and have 18deg on my thermostat (16 in night). Boiler have been on 10hrs a day for last 4 days on average (on low water temp though, 60deg). Plus electric shower and lots of cooking any I am at 10 quid a day based on current price cap rates.

But yes, I just fitted new double glazed windows and boiler this year so that is probably why. Do you own your flat? If so consider Home Energy Scotland loan for new boiler and windows - it 0% up to 10 years so it make a lot of sense now.
