1. Rejoin the EU
2. Fix the fucking trains. Put caps on fares and actually start investing in the underlying infrastructure, as well as the drivers themselves. We need more links especially to the highlands and we could be doing with high speed rail in some form or other.
3. Attempt to sort the housing market before we end up like the rest of the UK. We're arguably there already but we need to be seeing caps on rent increases and power taken away from landlords. Restrictions on second homes especially for non residents of Scotland would be great but that's a fucking pipe dream really.
4. Do something about drugs in Scotland. Legalising ganja would be a good start but we are terrible as a country for booze and hard drugs too. Not only do we need to start decriminalizing stuff to get the death count down, we need to start heavily investing in treatment rooms. Also education, test kits etc for the rest of the party drugs that are rife in every kitchen and pub toilet.
5. Sort the bastarding ferries out before something catastrophic happens.

I think with the power we've got currently we actually do a lot of things right as a small country. If you think about benefits like the free bus travel for under 21s, the free dental care for under 26s, free prescriptions etc we really are quite forward thinking in comparison with how the rest of the UK is run.
Ideally under our own governance things like that would continue. Paying for it is another issue though.
