Walking has helped me a lot. I know the weather is dire but 20-30 mins when you can squeeze it in. Just as I’m thinking about it I usually suffer really bad, this year my resolution was to get out walking more, my mental health overall and my SAD hasn’t been anywhere near as bad. And I’ve clocked up almost 1700 miles 🤣 definitely worth a try.
