| Comment | It's dead easy to plan it, delivering it is the difficult bit. I guess a major issue will be the private companies basically having their income immediately taken away from them if the council starts running everything for free. Unless they're going to be awarded contracts by the local authority, which is what currently happens with SPT-supported services in rural areas and in evenings. And that doesn't exactly work brilliantly either |
