| Comment | I’m in a mid market rent flat and although I had to ‘apply’ for my cat it was just a case of making sure they knew. There’s lots of dogs here too. You could also apply for +1 room over your requirements so even though I’m on my own I could have applied for a 2 bed, even though I went for the 1. The rents are far more reasonable though (£550 1 bed and IIRC £635 2 bed). And they’re brand new, in a highly sought after area, no service charges either. So I’m surprised by how high the Duke St ones are! |
