| Comment | I’m not really clued up on rental prices other than from freinds, but 1 pal rents out his 3 bedroom flat on Tollcross road for £500 per month. And when I enquired into renting out my house - a 3 bed semi with garage, very close to central and queen street lines as well as motorway access in all directions, in a decent enough area in the east end I was told to expect anywhere between £850 and £1150.
So yeh, the prices you’ve quoted seem quite expensive. |
