| Comment | One of my friends was thinking of applying too, but realised they'd be better off staying where they are as they're not quite as affordable as they thought.
They also weren't sure what the service charge was for, not sure if there was a price breakdown on that?? Seems a bit steep for what I imagine is just communal lighting & cleaning the close, though I could be wrong.
It's very scary if that is what is considered affordable now.
Although, I do think people should give them feedback, if enough people expressed their concerns maybe it could persuade them to change as they're not totally set in stone yet |
