I’m with Lowther and I have a two bedroom flat in the city centre for 620. 750 seems like a lot, especially when top earning threshold for mid market rent applicants tends to be about 40k. Lowther for example want your rent to account for no more than 35% of your household income so not sure how that will work out for them with rents being this high? Not sure if that’s a mid market-wide requirement though
