| Comment | I really hope you were able to ask for and get the numbing spray. It’s a total game changer and I will be way less nervous about future insertions/removals knowing it exists. The teams at the Sandyford are very well trained and I’ve always found them to be trauma aware and very good at getting consent before doing anything. Hope it’s a medium experience (or good, just not bad!) |
