| Comment | There's no guarantee that they will do anything but if you don't ask you don't get. At the very least, they will put you in touch with tech support and you'll get someone on the phone who will try to troubleshoot the issue.
If its an online purchase and you have a decent looking purchase history, they may well overlook your warranty period being out. It really just depends how you play it and who you speak to. |
