You mention an inability to focus that started around 14. And yes, while that is an aspect of ADHD it’s not that simple, and could be a result of your depression. Do you mind describing other ADHD like symptoms you experience? Obviously I’m in no way an expert, but I was diagnosed with very severe ADHD at 8, I’m now 33 and it took me nearly 2 decades to feel like I finally have an iota of control/understanding of my ADHD. So I can maybe lend some insight. |
