| Comment | It’s a similar story for the gender clinic and waiting times, I know many people who have gone private as the wait times are so long. There are things you can do yourself to help manage and alleviate symptoms in the mean time. It’s not a fix, but it helps and it gives you back some sense of control. There’s private therapists that can help with coaching and behavioural training. Unfortunately this is the reality of living under the shadow of a Tory government, we’re all fucked and struggling.
