| Comment | Took us 2 years to get our kid seen on the NHS for an Initial diagnosis. Could take another 2 years for the actual testing process to start.
In our case, we had to update a Dr regularly with how it was affecting their lives then eventually they put a referral in.
They aren't going to refer anyone after just a few months. I imagine a private diagnosis will give you answers, but probably won't open any doors to NHS support. |
