OP is clearly feeling very down, and based on one of his comments, suicidal. I'm seeing the positive in this to help him. I'm blatantly aware of the struggles with ADHD, of which is clear in my original comment about my own experience. There are positives to ADHD and your negativity isn't helping anyone.
