I’m not the person you’re asking, but after having tried probably every ADHD med out there (not kidding, originally from america so there’s a zillion options) I’ve finally gone on elvanse and it has helped me IMMENSELY. Ritilin was awful for me, so if you’ve experienced similarly I’d maybe look into it.
