There's a batshit guy that's always drinking outside Sloan's - saw him yesterday and can't be 100% sure it's not the Electric Scarecrow but then again, I'd expect ES to be a bit older.. this chap had an Indian headdress on yesterday, blaring tunes from his phone and in reflective clothing!
