@OP, sorry to hear you’re going through a hard time at the moment, but that’s great that you’ve recognised that and are trying to get help (I wish I had earlier).
I wouldn’t say different therapists are better, but it’s definitely the case that you will be suited to some therapists more than others, so if you try one and it doesn’t work for you, don’t give up on it, either give feedback and see how that’s handled, or try a different therapist. |
