| Comment | If a flat is listed as furnished then that’s what it is, the majority of LLs won’t remove the furniture, as it will be expensive to store. But you can ask, if they have multiple properties they may be able to accommodate you. There are plenty of unfurnished flats available though.
Offer an increased security deposit and more land lords will be willing to allow a cat. |
