Comment	The big companies seem to whack a massive mark-up on boilers. I don't know about the asbestos checking, but SSE quoted me £4k for a new boiler and install. Shopped around locally and managed to get someone to do the whole thing for £1.5k. Still expensive, but not as eye-watering.
