| Comment | Please do call 111 and say you’re in crisis - they’ll put you in touch with your local mental health crisis team or at least have somebody talk to and look after you. You can also just go straight to A&E. I know it might feel like you’re wasting somebody’s time, but that’s what they’re there for. There’s help available, please don’t be afraid to use you. |
