Ahh if it's been that long then it's valid being annoyed.
If the email confirmation has the voucher number on it then it should be sufficient I would imagine, if not then they may not take it. When I worked in hospitality each voucher had a unique code so if they are the same then I would assume the voucher would need to be present.
