I worked for GLA airport and the process is that you need to speak with the airline who will likely pass you on to the local Glasgow baggage handling agent. Will be either Swissport or Menzies. Airport can do nothing for you - has to be airline. Once you’re in the system you can then escalate it in relation to lost meds.
