| Comment | I started buying hand made soap from Etsy, you can find it in other places too. I am happy with the lady I buy it from so I am sticking with her. I also put the soap inside one of those netty cotton bag for soaps which gives a bit of exfoliation and distributes well the soap foam. Within a couple of weeks of using it, I stopped putting body oil, balms or whatever because my skin is so soft.
I stopped using liquid body washes because they are full of chemicals and the chemicals get worse and worse so they can make more and more profits from the margins. There is absolutely no need for this amount of sulfate to wash.
The other reason I stopped is because there is no need to introduce all this plastic to create bottles full of diluted liquid. I get the concentrated soap and dilute it as much as I like.
Next stop for me is bar shampoo and conditioner. All the Nestlé and procter and gamble and Unilever and similar can go fuck themselves in the hole of hell where they belong. |
