Comment	Most likely old capped heating pipes somewhere downstream that's been tapped off the old radiator position (if they don't get hot when heating on). Its a plastic push fit elbow, it won't be gas. Could also try the hot water and see if they get hot. If so will be hot/cold but I feel that's less likely.
