Hospitality is a completely under appreciated industry with continuously low wages. A lot of hospitality workers found better paying jobs during Covid and just never went back so now we rely on all new hires who don’t have the benefit of training by experienced workers or people who want to do the bare minimum for the minimum wage. Until wages are increased I really can’t blame them tbh. |
