Comment | Work in retail and unfortunately not just DPD thats been having issues as of late and its pretty much impossible for the customer to contact any couriers customer service. They simply won't deal with any customer issues directly and you will need to contact the vendor to contact the courier to resolve. In past experience dealing with DPD customer service, they are one of the best at resolving issues. But don't be surprised if it takes a couple of days for DPD to get back to the vendor. |
