Had this issue years ago and reported it to council and police scotland(theyd previously put up signs about fines etc) but they couldnt care less.
Eventually emailed local mp with all the steps id taken - speaking to the person/putting up cctv etc and also the police/ council not helping.
Anyways in the email to MP i bullshitted about how families live in area/i was concerned about kids health and safety playing there etc and they escalated it to someone in glasgow city council who wrote to the neighbour and visited them saying if it kept happening they'd get fined each time.
It stopped for a while then they got evicted for another reason so either way it was a good ending. |
