Interesting, thanks for the info. Another question for you, what, if anything, do bar staff do when a customer rejects a pint for tasting bad? I've genuinely been served beer that tastes like chemical slime and been met with a disbelieving look when I've brought it back to the bar.

Would they taste the beer or test it or whatever?
