You'd be right 95% of the time - Shelter is pretty much the notable exception in the charity sector

Only downside I've heard (close relative used to work for them) is that employees are put under a lot of pressure to donate part of their salary back to the charity via internal fundraising events, which I think is a bit shitty given they're only earning the living wage
