| Comment | To add to your comment and the one above, another important reason why a women might want an abortion is that she doesn't want a baby. That's it. The deeper reasons why, if there are any, is her concern only. She doesn't have to justify shit to anybody.
Of course it's important to protect women who seek out abortions for the reasons you mentioned as it's trauma on top of trauma, but answering to the anti-choice people by justifying abortions using those reasons and examples is playing into their hand. A woman can have an abortion, because it's her body, her choice. That's it. |
