Good news, I just hope they roll out the new infrastructure in a coherent and connected manner, not an island patchwork of ill thought-out shite.

Rubbish is not a problem in other cities, Glasgow simply needs to learn how they manage.

Bags shouldn't be getting left out, end of. Should be going into bins and those collected. If the bin is full, tough. The restaurant will either have to store it or transport it themselves. Might encourage them to generate less waste.

Minor fines should be abolished and replaced with forced litter picks. Fixed fines don't work on everyone, but wasting their time absolutely does.

Schools should have students cleaning their immediate area and they are almost always strewn with fast food litter from the gormless gobshites.
