What time did you go? A lot of reviews seem to say it was quiet at opening time but mobbed by 2/3pm. I think my toddler would love it but big queues never end well for us haha. I also wish adults could just pay an entry fee without getting tokens since the chances are we won’t go on much and £18 a person just to supervise a toddler is so expensive :(
