Comment	I know, always knew it would be more expensive but it’s not the mega-rich parts we’re looking at. Its 3-bed semis and half-bungalow types. As for the schools, they also have amazing special-needs resources compared to the area they’re in now so it’s worth the extra to them. Just find it hard to believe how high over HR bids are here as everywhere else seems to be coming down.
