Congratulations at getting something.
I got something in the southside at 5% over but was pre-pandemic and was falling apart.
Knew it had got a bit mad over Covid though but getting knocked back at 25% is crazy.
Have read some posts on here recently about people claiming to have got south side flats for HR or less but to be honest it’s not what I’m being told from others who are trying to buy. |
