| Comment | I understand if the landlord is doing a good service like maintaining the propety, keeping up with upkeep, staying on top of things but every landlord I've ever had I've met very rarely, cheaps out on everything or never fixes anything at all etc etc etc.. at that point, all you're paying for is the fact someone bought it and owns it. I know some landlords who treat it like a job, as it should be. |
