| Comment | Just went and had a look and the ones at £2900+ are much less opulent than I expected!
But a lot of them are houses or e.g. right in that crescent of Kelvingrove Park, or penthouses. Not something I’d ever come across normally while searching because the price premiums of those locations are way too steep for me (even for un-fancy flats… those are the priciest spots in town by housing cost). Wouldn’t really call them representative, like how Kensington =/= London.
The furnished houses are more of a mystery, but maybe aimed at companies arranging a temporary relocation of employee+family? |
