Comment | I'm told finding hobbies helps with the recovery process. Perhaps pick some hobbies that are also social? Hobbies which focus on fitness, mental wellbeing or crafting could be a good shout as there's less of a drinking culture when drink inhibits the hobby. Some suggestions that come to mind would be jogging groups, book clubs, woodworking and gokarting. You should be able to find relevant clubs by searching on Facebook, Google and on Meetup.com
