He said it’s mortgage free so his costs will be very low - presumably landlord insurance, factor fees, agency fees and repairs.
But why does that mean he should just let it out for cost price? He said it’s part of his retirement plan so it does need to generate an income. He could sell up and then it will likely go to someone who treats tenants significantly worse. |
