See all the things that have never happened? Roof on the motorway, elevated garden walkway at the canal, airport transport link, replanting George Square, lights in the parks, useable roads, all that stuff? That all never happened, but it all made headlines. Apart from the roads obviously, nobody's even claiming those are getting fixed.
