Comment	It's been up ad coming for 20 years, still a bit rough in places . Below duke street, haghill. I preferred Shawlands to living in both Dennistoun(where I grew up) and Partick. Not 100% sure about rent, I'd check the letting agencies and have a look for sure , expensive though
