Personally I'd avoid Haghill as some claim that to be Dennistoun on rental sites etc.
Rent you are probably looking at 700-800 for a 2 bedroom these days from what I know of people looking. Less if you just want to rent a room from someone obviously. Not sure about for a 1 bed tbh.
