Comment	Do they all call the same name at once? Outpatients is 9-5, more or less, and they provide a vital service. They're not lazy and they're not over-staffed. You might have turned up for a clinic and saw the nurses and support workers actually working together and having a bit of a laugh. That's a good thing.
