I used to be a carer doing home care. It's insane what bosses get away with. I was sent to houses where multiple members of the household required care, which meant my boss was getting funding for 3 separate clients but I was sent in by myself. Ended up leaving and now work in the hospital. It's a shit show here too but at least I have help
