Comment	2/3rds of the few times I've called NHS24 they have incorrectly sent me to A&E. I then got to A&E who were pissy with me for being there instead of somewhere else, e.g. Minor Injuries. One time, the receptionist at A&E went off on a full on rant about how NHS24 were pointless and just sent everyone to her. I think NHS24 has the potential to be a fantastic service, but they don't seem to have a good grasp on how the hospitals operate, and this seems to put additional pressure on A&E.
