If there's a slightly more specific issue that's guiding you towards therapy, charities might be a way to go. I was utterly hopeless this time in 2020, no help available, long waiting lists. I was seeking therapy for a handful of quite specific issues and traumas, and got 12 free sessions of therapy through a charity. Not sure if applicable but it really saved my life, a lot of charities are doing amazing work right now and much easier to access than the official channels sadly. Free, but great service and really gave me a boost whilst waiting on waiting lists.
