I felt this way until I moved to Sweden when I was 25 and things changed. Upward mobility in the UK is a myth for the most part

Therapy wise: it doesn't work for everyone but Better Help really made a difference for me. I think the key there is trying until you find the right therapist. But it was way cheaper than paying for a physical therapist and it got me out of a bad place. There's often discount codes kicking around too. Maybe worth looking into
