Comment	How so? Do you consider those on PAYE earning incomes above the median salary to be the country's wealthy? Or are the wealthy actually those who are less often subject to PAYE income but see their 'wealth' come from elsewhere not subject to PAYE? There is a difference between income and wealth that people after conflate especially pushed by those of certain political ideologies.
