Get Underground to Kelvinhall, turn left and walk up to Kelvingrove Art Gallery, then down Kelvinway and up University Avenue stopping at Hunterian Museum and Galleries, then onto Byres Road up towards the Botanic Gardens, then down Great Western Road to Kelvinbridge to get Underground back into town.
