Wasn't there some idiot conspiracy theorist who for some reason made parking tickets his main thing? Seem to remember him arguing with parking attendants over them having no legal standing (not even his car) to the point of arrest. Saw him ranting at George Square once with that prick Alex Cairney and the anti-vax wallpapers about the legal standing of parking tickets with a bizarre level of passion. I'm sure he has/had a YouTube channel full of nuttery. |
