| Comment | Yeah but also working with other people on site. My dads back has improved since he gave up plumbing 20 years ago but still has days unable to leave bed due to another persons mistake on site. Friends partner is missing several fingers due to a similar accident.
Also in terms of salary most trades don’t pay well unless you work for yourself and often combined laughable pensions, if they even exist. This is particularly true if comparing to an inflation linked defined benefit pension such as NHS or local government. |
